About this Project
The fascia was remodeled to incorporate custom bird boxes, providing clean termination points for the newly added stone while improving overall finish and durability. Stone was added to the front of the home, including the construction of stone pillars that introduced depth, texture, and a more substantial presence. To complete the upgrade, new soffit downcast lighting was installed, enhancing visibility and highlighting architectural features while improving nighttime curb appeal.
The completed remodel brought balance and character to the home’s exterior, blending stone, structure, and lighting into a unified design. The added stonework and pillars elevated curb appeal, while the updated fascia and integrated lighting delivered both function and visual interest. The result is a polished, high-end exterior that feels intentional, durable, and visually striking from day to night.
