Sunroom Addition: SB-WCT-WF

This project transformed the backyard into a versatile, year-round living space with the addition of a 15×16 four-seasons sunroom complete with heating and cooling. The upgrade included a modern 12’ Pella quad-panel door, open-air Trex decking, and exterior finishes designed to seamlessly blend with the existing home.

About this Project

The project involved comprehensive construction and site preparation. The old patio door was removed and replaced with a quad-panel Pella door, providing expansive views and improved access. A new 8×16 open-air Trex deck was built, and siding was installed to match the existing home exterior for a cohesive look. Roofing, siding, windows, footings, and grading were completed to ensure durability and to address existing water drainage concerns. The sunroom was finished with full heating and cooling, making it a comfortable space year-round.

The completed project created a functional and visually appealing outdoor living area that can be enjoyed in every season.
