Exterior Transformation & Outdoor Living Upgrade

This project focused on completely transforming both the appearance and functionality of the home’s exterior. The original siding was thin, cracked, and severely weathered, offering little visual appeal, limited protection and matching many surrounding homes without distinction. We removed the failing materials and replaced them with a durable slate-blue siding that immediately modernized the home and set it apart. In the backyard, we demolished the existing concrete patio and rebuilt the space from the ground up, finishing the project with a Trex® composite deck and landing to create a low-maintenance, long-lasting outdoor living area designed for everyday use and entertaining.

About this Project

The existing siding was thin, cracked, and visibly deteriorating, offering little protection or visual appeal and blending in with neighboring homes. We removed the old siding and replaced it with a slate-blue finish that added character and curb appeal while improving durability. In the rear of the home, the original concrete patio was removed and completely rebuilt to correct wear and layout limitations. To complete the transformation, we constructed a Trex® composite deck with a landing, providing a low-maintenance, weather-resistant outdoor space designed for everyday living and entertaining.

By combining modern materials with thoughtful design, this project delivered both visual impact and practical improvements. The new siding gave the home a distinctive, updated identity, while the rebuilt patio and composite deck created a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The result is an exterior that not only stands out aesthetically but also adds lasting value, functionality, and comfort for the homeowners.
